I am going to stay on an even keel
I am not going to worry about things that I cannot do anything about
I am going to breathe in deeply, hold the breath and exhale slowly
I am going to pause and self soothe and remind me that I love me
I am going to clear my head space of any negativity or drama
I am going to march forward with confidence, clarity, positivity and peace….
