When I am afraid
of the multitude and
their yearnings of fame and freedom
I stand as strong
as a foreign knave
denouncing lewd imperialism
No one hears me
No one cares
Because I am not a man
But I bear the burden of a thousand years
and a myriad of commands
I can do what you can do
don’t let my lips confuse
don’t let my hips hinder me
From the darkened path I choose
Let me wander aimlessly
and fight the battles I must
I am not just a pretty companion
I am more than just your lust
I battle fiercely for what I love
I make my own dreams come true
I am a soul worthy of the fight
and bear the same status as you
