Licking Wounds

I am enough. I am enough. I am enough. I am enough.
I seek no one’s approval.
I don’t have time for self criticism.
I am me and I say I am okay.
I am enough to be a successful writer.
I am enough to be a great mom.
I am enough to be loved and be loving.
I am enough.
I engineer my own emotions.
I choose happiness.
I am strong, healthy, talented and beautiful.
I did what I thought was right at the time.
I forgive myself.
I am no longer comfortable wallowing or whining.
I am me and I say I am okay.
I am enough to be a caring friend.
I am enough to be a leader at work.
I am enough to be a dependable sister.
I am enough to be appreciated and respected.
I am enough.
I am enough. I am enough. I am enough. I am enough.
