Where ya been, Ginger Sue?

Not now, but I’ll be fine.
I feel the heat tearing through trying to control us.
We’re fucked up, this is us, this shouldn’t be us…
But I can’t let the severing sear me, not now.
If I pay attention to the signs, my chakras align.
Not now, but I wasn’t lying.
I feel the edges loosening under the weight trying to separate us.
We’re fucked up, this is us, this can’t be us…
But I can’t let the stress stress me out, not now.
If I actually hold the line, I wasn’t lying.
Not now, but my chakras align.
I feel the cracks pressing hard against the glue trying to free us.
We’re fucked up, this ain’t us so I wanna give up…
But I can’t let the breaks break me down, not now.
If I could find some peace of mind, I’ll be fine. Woe is us.
