Precisely, look at how we’re looking now… isn’t it fascinating?

Beyond the tactile thing we’ve attached an emotional reaction to

To understanding we’re reacting to ourselves

In everything. 

We must love us, mustn’t we?

Oh certainly, yes yes. 

Tuning in to where it hurts and naming that instead of holding onto blame. 

Quite right, you’ve nailed it. 

Soothe it baby it’s okay to know woe

As long as you know

When you’ve learned what you need to from it 

you can
